Our on-site noninvasive tests include:
Continuous glucose monitoring is a device that records blood sugar levels 24 hours a day for 3 consecutive days. It can help identify fluctuations and trends that would otherwise go undetected with standard HbA1c tests and intermittent finger stick measurements. Your doctor will review the data gathered by the device and make any necessary adjustments in your diabetes management plan.
An echocardiogram is a Doppler ultrasound of the heart that evaluates heart function. Echocardiograms are also referred to as transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE), Doppler ultrasound of the heart, or surface echo.
Electrocardiograms (ECGs or EKGs) identify if the heart is beating normally by measuring the heart's electrical activity.
External counterpulsation (ECP) is a device that helps circulate blood for the treatment of ischemic heart disease (angina).

An event or Holter monitor records the heart’s rhythm. The device is worn for a period of time to record the heart's rhythm when you are experiencing symptoms of irregular heart rhythm. Event or Holter monitors are used to help heart doctors diagnose cardiac arrhythmia.
Nuclear cardiology studies (stress testing and heart strength assessment) show images of how the heart pumps blood while it is beating. Nuclear cardiology studies help heart doctors diagnose coronary artery disease and predict the prognosis of people with heart failure.
A cardiac stress test is an electrocardiogram that evaluates how the heart works during exercise. A stress test may also be referred to as an exercise test or treadmill test.
A vascular ultrasound shows how blood flows in the both the veins and arteries. It is used to detect if there are any areas where the veins and arteries are narrow or blocked.
A peripheral venous ultrasound is a simple imaging assessment that creates images of veins to identify the direction of blood flow and blockages. Venous ultrasound is useful for identifying clots (deep vein thrombosis), varicose veins, and chronic venous insufficiency.
An abdominal ultrasound is an imaging procedure used to examine the internal organs of the abdomen, including the liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys, as well as the blood vessels that lead to some of these organs. It is used to diagnose the cause of abdominal pain or kidney infections, or to diagnose a hernia, kidney stones, or gallstones.
A renal ultrasound is an imaging procedure used to study the renal system, which includes the kidneys, bladder, and ureters (the tubes that connect the kidneys to the bladder). It is used to look for changes in the bladder wall, kidneys, or ureters; kidney stones or stones in the urinary tract; and blood flow to the kidneys.
